Clark Planetarium

We originally wanted to go do something outside today, but with the cold, rainy weather we had to find something to do indoors. We decided on the Clark Planetarium and the Sanders came along too. Nolan loved watching all the people, and all the lights. The Sanders have a little girl just a couple weeks older than Nolan and she was trying to talk to Nolan, grab his hand, she shared her food with him and Nolan was just sitting there. It was funny to watch them interact. After the planetarium we walked over to California Pizza Kitchen. It is always fun to see the Sanders and we had a fun afternoon with them!

Night on the Town with the Parentals

Saturday night we went to Little America Coffee Shop with my parents for dinner. It was so much fun to have a night out with my parents. The food was fantastic and we felt so special at such a nice place. Thanks Mom and Dad!

Family Fun Time!

Ryan's brother Dylan and his wife came in town from Pittsburgh over the weekend (Thursday - Monday). His dad, mom and nephew also came in town to see everyone.
Thursday, Ryan was in Rexburg for work and I had to get Nolan to bed at a decent hour so we weren't able to meet up with everyone for dinner. Ryan's mom, nephew and dad made it here and spent the night at our house. It was fun seeing them.
I had to work on Friday but everyone else went to City Creek, Blue Iguana, a park to play and on a few errands. At night we stopped by my parents house for dinner and went to Wrath of the Titans 3D at a movie theater in Draper. My parents watched Nolan while we were at the movie.
Saturday we met up with the Larkin boys for breakfast at the Hilton hotel and watched the morning session of conference with them. It was so fun seeing them and we miss them a lot!
We drove out to the copper mine only to find out it opened on Monday. We were so disappointed we drove all that way and didn't get to see it. We met up with everyone at a park to play in the afternoon, had Red Mango with Natalie's parents and watched some of the NCAA games.

That night, Ryan went to priesthood with my dad, Josh, Scott, Seth, Davey, Paul, Spencer and McKay. I went to Hires with my mom, sister, grandma, Lauren. We continued the shoe buying tradition at DSW. It was great being with them for this tradition after being away for so long.

Sunday, we met up for brunch at Citrus Cafe before Ryan's mom and dad hit the road. I was glad we were able to spend so much time with some of Ryan's family since we don't get to see them very often. We missed having the whole clan together and hope it can happen very soon!
