On May 1, Nolan had his 2 year check up with the doctor. Here are his stats:
Weight: 29.31 lbs (70th percentile)
Height: 35 inches (75th percentile)
Head circumference: 19.29 inches
I had a nice conversation with one of his pre-school teachers today (May 16) and she was so happy to have Nolan there with her. She said that the other kids love being around him. He makes others laugh and smile. He catches onto things quickly. He is smart (all mom's love to hear that). He is very busy, which we already knew. He likes projects and working on things with other kids. He is getting better at coloring and will sit for about 5 minutes to do it before he loses interest - which is normal for a 2 year old. Anyway, it was just something I wanted to document and make note of. We think he is a great kid and very handsome!

I am glad to hear the doctor's and babysitter's report. Nolan reminds me so much of his father. Ryan was always very social and had a million friends. In high school, a kid that was jealous because of a girl tried to get a group of guys to beat him up. The guys looked at him and said, "Are you crazy? That guy has a ton of friends." In the end, Ryan's friends (Brock and Blaine--who were huge) had a little discussion with the guy who wanted to beat him up...
