On December 9, 2011 Ryan had his final review in studio of his thesis work. His project was in the RiNo (River North) district in downtown Denver, and his concept was an artist colony with studio's, lofts, a common place and a lot of other dwelling places and shops. I hadn't been to a review of Ryan's before, so I made sure to attend this one. I was so proud of Ryan and all his hard work. The reviewers liked Ryan's idea and gave a lot of positive comments about it. We are so glad that this is over because all that is left as far as school goes is to turn in his thesis paper and grade final exams for the class he is a TA for!
